This includes swearing, yelling, hitting, spitting and threatening behaviour.

Can you imagine going to work every day knowing you will probably be abused? Sadly, this is the reality for thousands of retail and fast food workers across Australia.

Over 85% of workers are being abused while they work – that’s not ok.

This abuse impacts their physical and psychological health, with ripples felt across all aspects of their life.

Everyone has the right to a safe work environment.
