Back pay win for Brittany!

How would you feel if you were on annual leave and came back to no job?


Brittany had only worked for Subway for four months when she was terminated, as she was still in her probationary period, she had no unfair dismissal rights.


Brittany had actually questioned her pay rate with the business owner and was suddenly counselled for performance issues!


The SDA fought and won for Brittany. Brittany received one week’s paid notice as the Company were not entitled to terminate her whilst she was on annual leave.
